Hi,
We're Valerie and Amy.
A creative mother- daughter duo based in Rockingham, Perth, Western Australia and the team behind Studio 4 Sewing.
Valerie is a certified Burda Style teacher, dressmaker and fashion designer with over 10 years of experience. Her proudest moment? Designing and sewing Amy's one-of-a-kind prom dress in 2023.
With a background as a qualified Physiotherapist, Valerie brings patience, compassion and the ability to adapt sewing techniques and tools to individual needs, making sewing accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
Amy has a vibrant artistic mind and a deep love for nature and science. Amy was multi-award winning student in both art and science science subjects while attending high school, and she's now studying a Bachelor and Master of Biological Science at UWA, following her passion of Conservation Biology.
